The old PDB web app is no longer in use. Find the right service for your needs below.
👤 Manage your own CID (Chalmers account) → MyAccount
Most users should go to MyAccount:
Go to MyAccount →In MyAccount you can:
- Activate your CID
- Change or reset your password
- Update your contact information
- Set up or reset MFA (multi-factor authentication)
- Raise your Assurance Level (confirmed user, AL2)
👥 Manage other people's accounts → New PDB web app
Are you a group administrator, PDB registrator, or do you have read access in PDB?
Use the new PDB web app:
There you can:
- Manage group members
- Register and update person records
- Perform ID checks, and issue scratch cards with new passwords
- Search person information (read access)
Scratch cards
Some people receive a scratch card with a printed password. The cards can be issued by Chalmers Servicecenter and sometimes by a PDB registrator.
